Consult your paper

Attendees and lecturers interested in submitting a scientific paper at JPR 2018 have from November 3, 2017 to January 8, 2018 to submit a summary for evaluation by the JPR Scientific Paper Committee. To do this, simply access the Scientific Papers Submission System during this period and fill in all the fields presented.

Before submitting a paper, it is essential to read the JPR Scientific Paper Rules.

There are four ways to present a scientific paper at JPR:

Scientific Papers (PA):

Papers selected for print presentation (poster) at the Papers Section, in the physical area of the event. They will also be available on the computers of the Digital Presentation Section during JPR. This panel measures are 0.90m high by 1.90m wide. Good papers that do not get a position for display on the physical area can be invited to an exclusive presentation on the computer.

Scientific Papers – Digital Presentation (PD):

Papers submitted or relocated to exclusively digital presentation. These files must be made in Power Point.

Scientific Papers – Oral Presentation (TL):

Oral presentations performed within JPR official lectures. Each presentation will last 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion and clarification (except when the course coordinator changes its lasting previously). The presentation time is not extendable. The presenter does not necessarily need to be the first author but must be enrolled in JPR.

It is important to point out that papers that do not get a position for oral presentation may be invited for presentation in other formats.

Scientific Papers – Commented Panels:

The best papers within "Scientific Papers" and "Scientific Papers - Digital Presentations" will be selected for commented presentation, after their author(s) agreement. The presenter of the commented panel does not need to be the first author but must be enrolled in JPR.
